We make returns and exchanges very simple. If you ordered the wrong item or simply not happy with it, you can return the item for a full refund if returned within 15 days of receiving the item. After you process your return, simply place a new order for the exchange merchandise. This ensures you claim the inventory and receive your new item fast.

All order 75$ and over qualify for free expedited shipping.

As soon as an order is shipped, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with appropriate tracking information. Customers can also opt to receive automatic text alerts by entering their mobile number during checkout or by creating an account. 

Customers should receive an order confirmation email within few minutes of placing an order with us. However, at times some email providers might incorrectly mark our emails as spam. We suggest you add orders@brandsintro.com to your address book and the safe-sender list. If you happen to use Gmail, kindly check the "Promotions" tab. If you are still not able to locate the email, you can always contact us and we will update you on the latest status of the order. 

Returns and Exchanges

Customers receive their refund within 5 business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. The refund is issued through the same method of payment used to place the order and depending on the payment method it might take an additional 2-8 business days after the refund is issued for it to be posted to your account.
